Welcome to witneytownband.org.uk

We are a brass band based in Witney, West Oxfordshire, who perform at Concerts, Church and Village Fetes, Carnivals, Community Events and Formal Dinners.

The band is always keen to welcome new players of any standard, and can cater for all ages with our thriving Junior and Training Bands.

We rehearse at Curbridge Village Hall, near Witney, every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

A Cutt above the Rest!

At the ODBBA Entertainment contest on Sept 26th at Burford School, WTB entered the unregistered section and won all the prizes: best musical performance, best entertainment and best soloist - flugel player Jenny Howes. A special commendation must go to the percussionists from the junior band who really helped get the crowd going. To top a great day Sandra Howes won best Horn player from the entire day, beating players from higher section bands.
